(Translated by Google) Eric PREVOST provided excellent support throughout a complex real estate construction project. With the successful completion of our project, we highly recommend his services. His friendliness and support were always evident! The only drawback was the cost of his services, which was on the higher end for real estate brokers… But at least the project was completed, and we couldn't be happier!
(Translated by Google) For my mortgage, I used the services of Julien Rocher from ICC Finances. Not only did I quickly receive three bank offers with very low interest rates that I wouldn't have been able to obtain on my own (a conversation with my banker before I started looking for a property, with a much less attractive offer, confirms this), but I also benefited from support throughout the entire application process (Mr. Rocher took care of contacting the banks and sending all the necessary documents). He also handled the paperwork with the bank, which is a large and slow administrative machine, and he didn't hesitate to follow up regularly. Finally, Mr. Rocher's excellent listening skills and the time he dedicated to a rather anxious client have convinced me that I made the right choice in using a mortgage broker. The fees were quickly recouped and Mr. Rocher's flawless support, his responsiveness to my questions and his responsiveness to deadlines allowed me to experience this "banking step" calmly, and I am sincerely very grateful to him.
For several months, Thibaut worked hard, and thanks to him, I received a loan offer from a new bank he was in contact with. A big thank you to you, Thibaut, for your support, and even if I sign in two days, you'll have to come back for coffee when you're in the area! His expertise came highly recommended, and we heard nothing but positive things about him. From our very first meeting, we felt confident and quickly noticed that Eric was approachable and offered excellent advice. He was always available, despite our often hectic schedules, and responsive, whether by phone or email, throughout the entire buying process. His support allowed us to feel confident and reassured, giving us complete peace of mind regarding our purchase. I would recommend his services to anyone. His professionalism and attentive listening skills are a joy. I can't think of a better person than Eric to guide you; you can trust him completely. (Translated by Google) I contacted ICC Finance Clermont-Fd (Sandrine) following a recommendation from a friend. I was hesitant at first, but after an initial meeting where she explained and detailed the loan offer and her services, I was convinced. I already had some knowledge after a few months of researching mortgages, but she was able to adapt her explanations for someone less experienced. The support was comprehensive, from start to finish. The required documentation was complete (more so than with the banks I had previously consulted) to tailor the offer and provide a solid basis for negotiation with the banks. In the end, I was satisfied. Despite rising interest rates, I got a better deal than expected, and the process was very convenient: you provide your complete application, and she takes care of everything. I wish you all the best in finding what you're looking for.
(Translated by Google) We had a real estate project and we contacted ICC. We had already worked with other brokers, so it was easy for us to compare. We received excellent support throughout our search, both in terms of technical aspects and personal interaction. In addition to securing a highly competitive rate, our preferred banking service was respected. If we had to sum up ICC, it would be: attentive listening, expert advice, efficiency, and support. Even after we finalized our loan, an advisor called us back to see if we needed any assistance with the bank transfer process. Thank you, ICC Clermont, and a special thank you to Mr. Prévost.
Extrêmement satisfait de la collaboration, un travail très professionnel et toujours une très grande disponibilité (Translated by Google) Extremely satisfied with the collaboration, very professional work and always very available

Bonjour. (Translated by Google) Hello. Mr. Eric PREVOST handled our home purchase application for my wife and me, a rather complex case given our health situation. After several months of administrative battles with insurance companies and banks, Eric managed to secure our loan at the best rate despite the inertia of some banks, and we are now homeowners thanks to him. He also provided excellent follow-up service, keeping us regularly informed of the progress of the application or any obstacles he encountered before finding a new solution. He was the driving force behind our becoming homeowners, and for that, we are extremely grateful; we would not have been able to manage all the steps he took for us. I highly recommend ICC FINANCE.
