(Translated by Google) We had a very positive experience with ICC Finance. Our initial contact allowed us to determine our purchasing power on the same day, enabling us to make an immediate decision regarding the purchase of our house. Our file was followed up promptly and clearly at every stage, both before the preliminary sales agreement and after the final key handover appointment at the notary's office. Special mention goes to the dedication shown to our specific case. Julia's invaluable assistance, as she was in direct contact with stakeholders other than the bankers, was crucial in resolving a situation that would have otherwise led to the cancellation of the preliminary sales agreement and the realization of our cherished project. I highly recommend them; they deserve recognition, and the project might not have been possible without them.
(Translated by Google) We were assisted by Laure for our project, and everything went perfectly. She was very professional, responsive, and always available to answer our questions. Her guidance was clear and reassuring from beginning to end. For those hesitant to use a mortgage broker: if, like us, you don't know much about banks or the procedures involved in buying a house, it's truly invaluable. They handle a huge number of applications and understand all the intricacies, allowing you to benefit from their experience. Of course, you could approach each bank yourself, but that takes a lot of time. Thanks to Laure, we saved time and were able to focus on other important aspects of the project, such as getting quotes for the renovations. We recommend her without hesitation!
