Marine et Maxime (Translated by Google) Thank you! We are extremely satisfied with the service. Recommended by a real estate agent, Vincent proved to be very professional. Extremely responsive, he quickly grasped our project and drew up a precise budget estimate. He also strongly advocated for our application with the real estate agent and the owner, which was a real advantage for first-time buyers. It is undoubtedly thanks to his responsiveness, conviction, and clarity that our offer was accepted. Furthermore, he did indeed find a bank offering a very attractive rate and terms. He also managed to negotiate a freeze on this rate during the weeks between the acceptance of the purchase offer and the official signing of the preliminary sales agreement... he also referred us to a notary who was equally professional and meticulous. In short, a huge thank you to ICC Finance and especially to Vincent Laplace, who was the cornerstone of our first home purchase thanks to his professionalism, responsiveness, ease of communication, and network. We highly recommend him. Marine and Maxime

We were immediately reassured; Carole understood our needs perfectly. She has a thorough knowledge of her profession and a network, which allowed us to save a significant amount of money on the overall project. We wouldn't have had access to this if we had done it ourselves. At every stage, she was present and available, liaising with the various stakeholders involved in the project right up to the final signing at the notary's office. We wouldn't hesitate to use her services again, especially since the cost of her services is more than offset by the savings we made thanks to her.

Merci (Translated by Google) We were very satisfied with Carole Charlier's support throughout our real estate project. She secured an excellent loan for us, with very favorable terms, which was a real advantage. She was available, responsive, and professional at every stage of the process. We particularly appreciated her efficiency and dedication. If we had to mention one small area for improvement, it would be to have received more preliminary advice regarding the choice of account to use for the down payment and the timeframe for releasing the funds. This would have allowed us to better anticipate certain procedures. Despite this, the experience was very positive, and we wholeheartedly recommend her services. Thank you.
